Grace Hiestand

Grace joined eDesign Dynamics in 2025 as a Project Engineer. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2024 with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and from University of California, Berkeley in 2025 with an M.S. in Environmental Engineering. Throughout her academic and early professional career, Grace worked on and led a diverse portfolio of engineering, sustainability, and community-engaged projects as a part of her curriculum, through university research programs, nonprofit collaborations, technical internships, and the founding of a sustainable organization. This work helped shape her commitment to community-centered design, environmental justice, and transparent, sustainable engineering practices—values that continue to guide her work at eDesign Dynamics.
